In-Stock Curtains: We will accept any unopened panels for up to 30 days from
the date of shipment. Once panels are opened they cannot be returned for any reason except when due to defect. These silk and linen fabrics are natural fabrics and there may be slight imperfections as with any natural fabrics. We suggest you always order a swatch before purchasing any panels as colors on your computer monitor may appear different than the actual fabric colors. We will refund the price of the product less S&H and a
15% restocking fee. The freight return charge is the
responsibility of the customer unless it was an error on our
part. Please be sure to enclose a copy of your sales receipt with your

Special Order Curtains: We are sorry, there are no returns on special order curtains. |

Fabric, lining and interlining cannot be returned. Please order a sample first to be sure that it will work for you. |

If your original purchase qualified for FREE SHIPPING and you choose to return any part or all of your order, you will still be responsible for the original cost we incurred to ship the product to you plus a 15% restocking fee. |
