In-Stock Curtains:  We will accept any unused curtains in their original packaging for up to 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order.  If you are not completely satisfied with your curtains and require a return, please call us at 205-424-1770 or email us at info@patemeadows.com so that we may send you a UPS Electronic Return Label for free return shipping.  After 7 days, the freight-return charge will be the responsibility of the customer and there will be a 15% restocking fee. 

 

Special Order Curtains:  We are sorry, there are no returns on special order curtains.

We will accept any unused patterns, hardware or supplies in the original package for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. We will refund the price of the product less S&H and a 15% restocking fee. The freight return charge for hardware is the responsibility of the customer unless it was an error on our part.  Please be sure to enclose a copy of your sales receipt with your return and ship to the following address:
