- Online Ordering. You may order any product from our Web site by selecting and adding the quantity of each item you want to the online shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. You may add, remove or edit product quantities from the shopping basket directly. Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.
- Ordering by Fax: Print out our Order Form. Fill out the form with your credit card information and fax it to us at 205-424-1713.
- Ordering by phone: You can place your order by calling 205-424-1770. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm CST.
- Ordering by Mail: Print out our Order Form. Fill out the form with your credit card information or enclose a check or money order and mail it to:

Shipping within the US: Unless an item is backordered, we usually ship products out within 24-48 hours of receipt of order (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST, excluding holidays. We ship by US Postal Service, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day or UPS Overnight. You will have the choice upon checkout. If we encounter any delays or problems processing your order, you will be notified within two business days.
UPS Overnight/2nd Day Air: Please be aware that the UPS Overnight shipping option may be subject to an additional "dimensional weight" charge, over and above the shipping charge calculated in our shopping cart. This charge will be added to your credit card at the time of adjustment. Unfortunately, we cannot accurately estimate this charge prior to the order being packaged for shipment. Please call us at 205-424-1770 to receive an accurate rate. UPS Overnight orders must be received by 11:00 am CST on a business day to be received by the next business day. International Orders: Orders outside the USA will usually be sent by USPS International Priority. If you do not see your country listed in our shopping cart, please call 205-424-1770 to place your order of fax your order form to 205-424-1713. Payment must by in US dollars. |

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Alabama. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |
